1. Purpose
HerePicks lets a property (hotel, rental, guesthouse, campsite) create local recommendation guides and share them with guests via a public link and a QR code, with no account or install required on the guest's side.
2. Service status
HerePicks is currently operated by an individual, with no registered business entity, and is in its launch phase. The service, including these terms, may evolve as it develops.
3. Creating an account
Creating an owner account requires a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
4. Content published by properties
Each property is solely responsible for the content it publishes (descriptions, photos, third-party venue details, personal opinions). This content must be accurate, must not mislead guests, and must respect third-party rights. HerePicks reserves the right to hide a guide whose content is clearly problematic.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans (Host, Pro) are billed monthly or annually, with no fixed term. You can cancel at any time from your account; access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
6. Service availability
HerePicks is provided as-is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. As the service is under active development, interruptions or feature changes may occur without notice.
7. Termination
You can stop using HerePicks at any time. Permanent deletion of an account and its data is available on request, see the privacy policy.
8. Intellectual property
The HerePicks brand, its logo and its interface remain the property of their publisher. Content you publish remains your property; you grant HerePicks the right to display it publicly as part of operating the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may evolve, in particular as the service moves past its launch phase. Significant changes will be communicated to users with an account.
