One guide per property, not a generic document
Two flats in the same city don't share the same places within a ten-minute walk. In HerePicks, each property has its own guides, travel times worked out from its address, and its own QR code.
Whose branding?
On paid plans, each property has its own logo, colour and welcome message. You can present the guide in your company's colours or in the owner's, property by property.
Beyond five properties, the Agency plan is quoted on request: it adapts to the size of your portfolio and can include extra features, such as several accounts for your team.
Updates that cost nothing
A restaurant closes, a bakery changes its hours: you fix it from your phone and it's live immediately for every guest, including those already there. No PDF to resend, no laminating to redo in twenty flats.
Statistics (from the Host plan up) show how often each guide is opened and which places are viewed. Useful when an owner asks whether the guide gets used.

Frequently asked questions
Can I manage all my properties from one account?
Yes. A Pro account covers up to five properties, and the Agency plan goes further. Each property has its own guides, QR code and statistics.
Do guests see my company's name?
They see the name, logo and colours you give each property. On paid plans, the "Made with HerePicks" mention disappears.
How does the Agency plan work?
It's designed for more than five properties, quoted on request, with extra features such as several accounts for your team. Get in touch: Rafael replies himself.
Does the guide replace our check-in instructions?
No. HerePicks focuses on good places around the property; door codes, wifi and house rules stay in your usual tools. Just add the guide's link to your arrival message.
