Several guides for different needs
On the Host plan, a property can have as many guides as it needs: neighbourhood restaurants, family outings, the essentials for a first visit. Each guide has its own link and QR code.
Running several hotels? The Pro plan covers up to five properties, each with its own guides, logo and colours.
In your hotel's colours
On the Host plan, your logo, main colour and a welcome message appear on the guide, and the "Made with HerePicks" mention disappears. No advertising in guides: guests see your hotel, not a tool.
Know what interests your guests
Host plan statistics show how often the guide is opened, which recommendations are viewed most, and how many directions, calls and website visits they lead to. Enough to know which places earn their spot. No guest is tracked individually.

Does HerePicks connect to my hotel software?
No, and that's not its purpose. HerePicks works alongside your tools: it's a guide to good places, reachable by link and QR code.
Is the guide available in several languages?
Yes: the interface exists in English, French, German and Italian, and your descriptions are translated automatically into all four.
How many recommendations does a hotel need?
Fewer places that you really know beat a long list: two or three per category is enough to start. The Discovery plan allows 10; the Host plan has no limit.
Can I edit the guide without reprinting the QR codes?
Yes. A guide's link and QR code never change, so your edits are visible immediately, including for guests who already opened it.
Which plan suits a hotel?
The Host plan covers one property with unlimited guides and recommendations. The Pro plan covers up to five; beyond that, the Agency plan is quoted on request.
